Everly at Playa Vista is a new home community currently selling in Playa Vista.

Everly homes are three story detached single family residences with 2,318 to 2,451 square feet of living space.  The differing models available give you the choice of 3 to 5 bedrooms, 3.5 to 4 bathrooms, optional flex-space, a creative office and family room.  Each Playa Vista Everly home will have a 2 car garage and 1 guest space.

Pricing for Everly at Playa Vista

Originally the anticipated pricing for Everly was advertised to start from the mid $1,000,000’s and then pricing jumped to the mid $2,000,000’s in August 2015.  With the first sales release in late 2016 the builder started with prices for each of the plans from 2.0 to 2.2 million.  The 2318 sq.ft. plan 1 was listed at $2,000,000, the plan 2 with 2418 sq.ft. at $2,125,000 and the plan 3 which is the largest offering at 2449 sq.ft. started for $2,200,000.

Current Pricing for Everly is now starting in the high $1,000,000’s to low $2,000,000’s.  Some of the homes that are further along in construction include upgrades in the price.

Priority Registration

Getting on the priority list is the first step in the process of buying a new construction home. Even if you haven’t 100% made up your mind that Everly is the one, it’s a good idea to join the interest list securing your place in line, giving you the option to purchase.  The earlier you sign-up and are pre-approved (more about the pre-approval process below) the better opportunity you’ll have to get the location and plan that works best for you.  Everly-at-Playa-Vista-Rendering-by-Brookfield-Residential

Brookfield Residential’s Sales Procedure

Brookfield has a 4 step sales procedure.  Steps 1 and 2 need to be complete to secure your place on the Priority List.  Then start the process in step 3 with Wells Fargo to participate in the upcoming sales releases.  

  • Step 1 – Provide your contact information
  • Step 2 – There will be a few questions about your current home, income and if you’ll be taking out a loan for this purchase.
  • Step 3 – A link will be provided to direct you to the preferred lender.  Contact the lender to get this process started prior to the first release of homes for sale. 
  • Step 4 – The lender will ask you to provide the following documentation.  
    • Most recent pay stubs for the last 30 days
    • W2 Forms for the last two years
    • Federal Tax Returns (all pages and schedules) for the last two years
    • Most recent two months Bank statements checking/savings to verify your down payment
    • Most recent Quarterly Retirement account statement and/or 401k
    • If you are paying all cash, bank statement to verify funds

Getting Pre-approved for New Construction

First, you should know you have the ability to pick the lender of your choice for the actual purchase.  Brookfield does ask that you get pre-approved by their preferred lender prior to the phase release that you are interested in (start this process as soon as you have time).  If you like the preferred lender and the rates are competitive there may also be perks available for working with them.   Builders sometimes offer incentives to buyers if they use the preferred lender. Everly-at-Playa-Vista-2B-RenderingEverly-Playa-VIsta-Floor-Plan-2B-1024x788

Studio 3 at Playa Vista

The Everly sales office is now open.  Studio 3 at Playa Vista is the sales office for all three new single family home developments: Everly, Marlowe and Jewel.  It also the sales center for Cleo and Mason, two new condo developments for sale in Playa Vista Phase II. You’ll want to meet your Realtor at Studio 3 before taking the model home tour.  On your first visit it’s important to bring your real estate agent if you would like to have representation throughout the process.
